Katie Holmes Set To Conquer New York Fashion

Katie Holmes amidst the controversial break up she is going through right now with actor Tom Cruise is never too busy to venture out into her new path for her upcoming brand with a co designer Jeanne Yang for the fashion line Holmes & Yang.

The controversy of her divorce will not affect the designs which will soon to be released this September for the  New York Fashion Week presenting the Spring/Summer 2013 collection.


The brands spokes person told WWD last July 5 that personal matters does not and will not affect the line for the Holmes & Yang collection to be shown in New York.

The fashion line was launched at the year 2009 using a premium clothing line with its simplicity yet chic day to night designs are readily available at selected market retailers like in Hongkong, Paris and New York.

Katie Holmes once interviewed by US Elle said that she is in ""a new phase" and "coming into her own."

This phase she is talking about will set her in the map of the celebrity turned fashion designers with her friends like Victoria Beckham.

New York Fashion week is scheduled to take place by the 13th until the 16th of September.

This is going to be an exciting experience for her along with her daughter Suri that will make them both busy from minding the current issue that is going on.
